When i hear women say tht they want these types of men i dont think they realize the kind of work tht has 2 b put n...i went to charm school as a teen(friends made fun of me) Some years later i was out with a friend at a restaurant. She began to complain abt the table set-up and was getting ready to go OFF on the waiter...thank God i stopped her as i had realized she didnt know the difference between a red or white wine glass as well as the dinner fork 4m the salad fork(she said they put too much "shit on the table")...back n the day when a woman came 4m a shaky background she would go to finishing school and learn how to b a "proper lady"...nowadays the new finishing school is the plastic surgeon's office meanwhile u still curse like a sailor wear skimpy clothes and exotic color weave but u think this man is gonna tk u around his colleagues and their wives...watch tht merger NOT go thru. If ur NOT interested n continuously seeking knowledge then u will never b qualified for an upper class man! Tbh even Pookie and Ray Ray secretly yearn for a better quality of woman...but once again...where's the work to get the prize? My suggestion to women who r interested...go out to an event or restaurant...align urself with someone n this type of lifestyle...research...👀 if u REALLY "fit in"...we saw Cinderella GET the Prince but we didnt see wht was required of her when the castle gates closed...😏

I never wanted any permanent alterations to my body ever. I want scars removed as it is, so I never wanted permanent tattoos or gold teeth. Besides, my dad wouldn’t have ever approved of me getting anything done that drastic while living under his roof. Even after I left home and went out into the real world, I never desired anything done to my body. My dad was a superintendent at his job and appearance was a big deal in business situations. Once in middle school, I had burgundy braids added to my hair and my dad almost lost it! He said it looked like street walker hair and advised me never to get my hair done like that again. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I can see the wisdom in his words now. I prefer a modest look with a bit of style.

I don't think black women realize that real men pull each other's coat tails when they are not performing at the top of their game. So in turn they expect their woman to do the same (that's different from nagging) while they want her at her best as well. He's not criticizing, he just knows she can be better.

Sooo true.most guys will avoid the loud,overly done up ,ratchet thotpocket types. I know,I grew up in an all male home,been around hella men my whole life.when you have 16 brothers,it happens. You ,as their potential ,need to hold yourself to a higher standard.that does not mean pop off constantly.it means know your worth.act like a civilized human being. If its necessary to go ratchet,remove yourself from that energy. Most men have no problem if you wear makeup,done tastefully,and lightly.they generally dont mind you showing a bit of skun,tastefully done.they will laugh at and dog out the kim kardashian types,the reality television types,the jerry springer show types.these,no real man,or woman,will bother with
