Iron Mantis even the home owner has said other people have walked up to look at the construction. He didn't damage anything, he didn't steal anything and you are a sorry excuse for a human being if you think someone deserves to be shot at point blank range for trespassing. If they were concerned about trespassing they could have called the cops and reported him. They got their guns, got in a truck to go look for him, blocked him off and shot him

@@dorothytenute41 you don't know what you're talking about. Flat out ignorant of the facts. They did call the police. The calls are on KZbin you can look em up. Dude took off in a full sprint out of a house he was trespassing in, so riddle me this, how can they know if he stole anything? They can't, but they can have reasonable suspicion that he did, and due to Georgia law they are allowed to perform a citizen arrest. They brought a shotgun incase he was armed, and this idiot realizes he's breaking his probation and about to go back to jail so he sprints at a man legally holding a shotgun and tries to fight him for it. You can see in the shooting video that he wasn't aiming at him until the dude put his hands on the gun. At that point it is self defense.

Hey Mandi, believe it or not, that's a lawyer's tactic to throw the scent off of his client and the community, by saying that his client is uneducated, the lawyer wants the public to think if his client is this stupid, how could he be a part of a killing. This lawyer's tactic was used in the movie "The Devil's Advocate" when Keanu Reeves was defending one of his clients who killed a whole family. And you know what, as far as it goes concerning Ahmaud checking out the construction site, he was just looking around, to be honest, that's something I would do, he had no intent of doing anything, JUST LOOKING, THAT'S ALL. I remember when I was a kid, the construction of a school was being built, I went over and looked around the construction site, just to see how it was being built, and that's the same thing that Ahmaud did. Ahmaud WILL get justice. The good Lord is on his and his family's side. You'll see, it's all going to work out in Ahmaud's favor. :-)

@@burlingmill - Maybe they shouldn't have (that argument could certainly be made given the outcome). But they finally had a chance to confront and question the person they suspected of stealing firearms, and possibly burglarizing the neighborhood, and they probably didn't assume Arbery would get violent and attack them, but brought guns just in case/ and in case he had one (such as the pistol stolen from Travis McMichaels vehicle previously). They didn't know. And they didn't know AAs temperment, but guessed correctly, that it was possible he might get aggressive and violent. He was much younger and probably stronger and could have been armed. Irrespective of that, I cannot see any law that was broken by the McMichaels except maybe "Brandishing a Firearm". All of this happened for only one reason, and that was AAs decision to assault and batter TM. Rather than simply answering some questions, or saying "I'm not going to answer any of your questions"/ "I'm not obligated to answer your questions", and continuing on. Had they physcially stopped him from leaving or assaulted him, then THEY would have been the ones who definitely committed a Felony.

M BFilm: Well attacking a man with a shotgun is not a good idea. When he could’ve just ran away. He chose a confrontation and he paid for with his life. Also there is a Georgia statute for citizens arrest, don’t believe me look it up. Also Georgia is an open carry state and they weren’t brandishing a firearm, in other words he wasn’t pointing the weapon at Albury. In fact the weapon was down by his side. Any sane person when being attacked would protect themselves. Aubrey made a conscious decision to fight instead of flight.

That is idiotic. Arbery wasn't "hunted". Research this case more thoroughly. They wanted to question him and possibly detain him until police arrived based upon burglaries/ thefts in the neighborhood (and suspicion Arbery was the perpetrator). I believe [Bryan] does know the McMichaels (obviously), and they told him "we're going to go talk to this guy/ confront this guy/ question Arbery"; And they either asked him (Bryan) to come along, or he volunteered. Whether they asked him to come along (or not), or asked him to film (or not), is inconsequential. In either case he had every right to follow them and film the scene (whatever would transpire). You should always film everything, a police encounter, any encounter that you believe has a possibility to go sideways. And you should always be armed if you're going to confront someone and question them questions they might not want to be asked/ accused of. The reason to be armed is because you might encounter a violent thug like Arbery who instead of acting civilly like a normal human being, actually attacked Travis McMichael. That is precisely why they may have asked Bryan to film. They also didn't know whether or not Arbery was armed. All they knew was that there had been burglaries in the neighborhood (including a pistol stolen from Travis McMichaels vehicle), and Arbery was trespassing in their neighbors house. Exactly what happened on this day, was that Arbery attacked Travis McMichael/ grabbed his shotgun; Which was pointed at the ground/ finger off the trigger when he approached Arbery. I believe Bryan's video will exonerate the McMichaels. While there may be some crime they were guilty of/ could be convicted on, murder isn't one of them. This was a clear case of self defense against Arbery, and if you know anything about rifles, Arbery could have literally been responsible for his own death by pulling the barrel towards himself (thus causing the shotgun to fire). That is a very real possibility.

Those police officers were ready to place the father & son under arrest until their "higher ups", the D.A. told them not to arrest them. I'm sure that at some point the attorney that released that video was fed up with the dirty cover-ups that were going on & wanted the public to see what really happened.

So, counselor, if your client was innocently sitting at home, how did he become involved? What made him feel the need to jump in his truck and follow? Why was he filming in the first place? They need to check the phone records to see if he was called to participate. Many other people recognized the clicking sound to be a gun cocking, from when the video was first released. This man isn't innocent. I think he didn't expect the man to be killed, which is why he gave the footage to the police at the scene. It's more personal damage control to separate himself from the crime. He definitely knew something was going down and decided to film instead of call the cops.

@@samwallaceofscotland I'm sorry but it just looks like a chasing down of the young man by a GROUP OF people not 2 men alone in a truck. How did the man videoing know that there was anything of any interest to be videoing unless he was aware and had prior knowledge of what was about to take place? Why did he have his phone out taking video?? If he didn't have any prior knowledge then why in the world would he have his phone out taking the VIDEO??? It's the simplest thing in the world to discredit the guy who INSISTED ON THE national news that he had NO IDEA what was happening and I waited for somebody to pose the question to him and his attorney WELL IF YOU INSIST THAT YOU HAD NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT WAS GOING ON AND HAD NOT SPOKEN TO THE MURDERERS THAT DAY THE EXACTLY WHY MY FRIEND DID YOU HAVE YOUR PHONE OUT TAPING????? but nobody asked it. Interviewers get flustered sometimes and emotion takes over a little. It's got to be difficult to not allow ur emotion In sometimes I would think. That being said the video is sickening to watch even tho its edited. I live in thed country and I've seen what a shotgun does to big game. It's just HORRIFYING what these men did to this poor kid. Those men were together in 2 separate vehicles chasing that boy down like a dog. The guy taking the VIDEO was part of it and he needs to be arrested as well.

So since he's short and doesn't have a good education, that's an excuse for him not to have to answer questions? there is so much covering up in this case! cause if this guy is innocent, then he should've called the police right then and there! BUT THIS VIDEO SURFACED 72 DAYS LATER! and if he TRULY cared, he would've called the police and told them he witnessed and has a video of a man being shot! but he kept quiet about until now (AND I WONDER WHY?) why release the video after all that time? something else was going on behind the scenes and that's why he released the video! because at first it was being kept a secret and being swept under the rug... but in order for this video to have come out nearly 3 months later, means that even those who live in that development are not all on the same side and people started talking about the corruption and cover up... People who were once bonded by a secret/cover up are now turning on each other to save their own asses! Because situations like this could turn into a race war! a not so civil war in 2020! all over SKIN COLOR! and the politics behind RACISM!

I'll play devil's advocate since so many think he was in on it. I don't know these people and don't live in that state. I haven't met every neighbor on my street, I don't know half of their last names, about half dozen have talk to me in my yard, and 4 have been in my house in 40 years. Yet I can tell you who probably has guns, what dogs they have, what vehicles they have, how many people live there, who are drunks, who has lots of police problems, who works days or nights, who is gossips, who shares food with other neighbors, who complains the most about others, who has storm pits, who are thieves, and who wouldn't hurt a fly. I bet the father and son were a menace in the neighborhood long before this

Your driving along observe a jogger and 2 men in a truck which appear to be chasing the jogger. Recognize the vehicle in the neighborhood which can mean he has seen the vehicle multiple times. Wondering what is going on. He feels something isn’t right with this scenario and starts filming. People do this all the time, it’s normal for anyone to video record anytime anywhere today. Father and son block the road and he can’t drive around. Steers over toward the encounter and continues filming. Never knowing what was going on or what the outcome would be. Yes, the victim stopped and went in the house to see what they were building and how it was coming along. A lot of people do that out of curiosity especially if the house is vacant or new construction. Former police officer and his son doing their teamwork riding shotgun to make a citizens arrest shoot and kill the jogger. I don’t know anyone who does that. 😳 I’ve lived in the same neighborhood for 20 years and only acquainted with 3 neighbors. One neighbor had been dead for 4 years and I didn’t know. Some people stay on their side of the fence and are not in and out of neighbors houses. You say “Hi” or give a wave and that’s being courteous to your neighbor. I only know the 3 neighbors first name.

Brisco Entertainment It will always be like that with people who think like these demons. Upset because their KKklan brothers are locked away. Funny thing that they’re always the victims even when committing crimes themselves. I wonder if any of these people calling Ahmaud a criminal who should have “obeyed” the two hunters have said the same thing about the white people protesting stay at home orders, or marching into buildings with assault rifles intimidating senators and lawmakers, or how about the Nazi leader who lead a protest outside of a policemen’s home with a crowd for arresting a woman for violating stay at home orders. If you think like these white supremacists you are one and it is that simple. There’s no reasoning with people like this. They were comfortable when Jed and Jeb seemed like they were gonna coast right on by prosecution for hunting and murdering a man minding his own business.
