If you are not able to use the keyboard, you need to do the following to reset the keyboard once for all: Step 1: Put the AA battery in the keyboard. DO NOT CONNECT USB DONGLE IN THE LAPTOP YET. Step 2: Now simultaneously press and hold two keys for 5-6 seconds: ESC Key & +/= KEY. Step 3: Put the wireless USB Dongle in the laptop/PC Step 4: Now Keyboard will work. If it still doesn't please repeat this step 1-3 once again. Note: If problem persists, you can visit our website support page and raise a ticket. Thank You!

It's very easy Step 1: remove the usb Step 2: press & hold the ESC KEY & +/= KEY for 5-6 seconds & insert the usb into pc or computer. Note: press & hold those two buttons & along with insert the usb. Don't leave the buttons while inserting the usb. Hope it worked 😊

@@nuthanrajdhondalay2379 how do you press ESC and +/= button with simultaneously plugging the usb? You would need two persons to do that. The ESC key and +/= key are too far apart that you need two hands.

When you do coding, programming language typing, html etc you wont know what kind of code and characters you need to use. And pg dwn pg up is the basic most to flip thru pages when you surf the web, i know there are alternates, but just bec fools dont use them, we cant do away with it right ? Home and end is also extremely useful in excel, word, even webpages to jump to the top, and most importantly video editors use it to get the certain points on the timeline. But there's no use trying to explain all this to belligerent assholes.
