Thor said in plainly in the first movie Magic and Technology are the same thing. It's different background radiation that is left over after the formation of the universe it's just a matter of wielding it. With Magic you either can naturally wield it, learn how to wield it or learn to cast a spell asking for some other force to help. When Dr strange casts his binding chains of Cyterek, he is borrowing power from and elder god to make the spell work.

Actually Agatha states that she’s still a witch in the potion lady’s shop. She doesn’t have any magical items and she’s out of juice. Hence why she wanted to get blasted. She could have used her ability to absorb magic to power up again. Wanda was surprisingly gracious. I wouldn’t have left her with magic in any form 😂

You’re correct about Magic being this invisible force that when harnessed can bend reality around the user in question depending on their intention, And correct about all Dark Magics being extreme-desecrations of reality that require precious sacrifices, However your definition of Witchcraft being akin to Dark Magic is where it falls short. Here let me put it this way: - Witchcraft is perhaps the cheapest form of Magic, it involves crafting with certain objects of nature that contain energies, these objects range from plants, crystals, oils, and even celestial bodies to help amplify the spells in question. - Sorcery (Kamar Taj Magic) is a more advanced Magic that involves long and extreme meditation on the aspects of reality, invoking certain energies as fuel for constructs and often spells. - Asgardian Magic works the same way as Sorcery in the sense that it’s uses for spells but can also be a constructed technology, but the difference is that it uses straight up cosmic energy known as the Odin-Force, so it’s a lot more potent - Chaos Magic draws back to ALL Magical energy in its most primordial-base state, meaning that it’s the most powerful but it’s also therefore hazardous and unpredictable, so much so that almost no living thing can wield it. In fact the only known people who have wielded it have became an Eldritch horror or ran the risk of becoming one. Witches are Crafters, Sorcerers are Enlighteners, Asgardians are fuel-advanced, And Wanda is lovecraftian. That’s my best way of looking at it.

I disagree on some aspect? First of all I hope you’re referring to MCU Asgardians because comic ones are not technologically advanced and Asgardian magic is not ALL derived from the Odin-force, it’s said that all asgardians have a SPARK of it but in fact only the All father is capable of wielding it. Also the Odinforce is not cosmic energy I don’t know where you found that Information but it is the accumulated power of Odin’s brothers and therefore one the most powerful sources of magic in Marvel. Witchcraft being called “cheap” I don’t know whether you’re referring to the cost of magic or the power but in both cases I disagree, witchcraft is derived from the first humans that have learned magic, they did so from Hecate who was the first Goddess to teach mortals (even before Chton mad Agamotto), she was trying to become more powerful than Zeus by learning all that she could about magic and then passed her knowledge to her worshippers forming the witches. Witchcraft is based less on “energy” and more on “life” and “nature” the main difference between witches and sorcerers is their thoughts and approaches towards magic, sorcerers like Strange said multiple times that magic is just “available energy that can be reshaped in whatever they will it to” while witches believe magic “lives” in everything and use nature as a means to connect to magic. That’s it, this is the main difference it’s not much but it is a great divide in schools of thought, while you said that Sorcery is more advanced I’d say it’s more precise, while witchcraft is more raw but powerful. Amongst the witches presented to us in the comics the majority of them are incredibly powerful i.e. Scarlet Witch, Agatha Harkness, Opal Saturnyne, Roma, Morgan le fay………

Chaos magic is not the strongest, and its not primordial, magic didn't exist during the first firmament, only psionic energy existed. P Chaos Magic draws back on primordial chaos 's psionic energy. , which is not the same same thing as chaos magic. magic users tap into one or more primordial forces. That Said, The Vishanti and the book of Vishanti, which uses pure white magic , is the counter to chaos magic. chaos magic is one of the most powerful forms of magic and hands down the most destructive, but it's not the most powerful form of magic.

Chaos magic doesn't "tap" into psionic energy since magic is metaphysical energy that overwrite reality to the user's will, but reality needs balance and therefore all magic comes with requirements and prices, thus creating the laws of magic. That's Order magic. Chaos Magic always tries to return to a lawless state, granting the user the power to manipulate reality with no requirements(spells, rituals, cost of magic etc.....) and Chaos itself, meaning altering the Order of the universe such as probability and casuality. Psionic Energy is the physical energy that every sentient being possess and produces, it's quite literally just energy generated from consciousness, they are not the same thing. About Psionic Energy existing from the first firmament... yes and No the PHOENIX existed but reality changes with every cycle we don't know exactly when psionic energy manifested IN MORTAL BEINGS that is. As far as magic goes it manifested in the fifth cosmos but magic itself is without time, it's just manifested in that particular reality cycle due to being impossible for living beings to survive without it.

Psionic energy is also where Gods, cosmic beings xmen etc. get their powers. You are correct, though all life contains psionic energy, all beings cant use psionic energy to reality warp. psionic. you seem to think that only chaos magic can alter reality and that's simply not the case, their are about a dozen reality warpers, who are not magical beings. in that case that doesn't make chaos magic special in its self and I disagree, there is nothing that suggest that life couldn't exist without magic. The Magic the Vishanti Grants almost almost always overpowers chaos magic magic, and reality warping is not exclusive to chaos magic users, in fact magic has its limitations, even chaos magic cant affect beings who exist outside of time and space, however the Chaos King aka Primordial Chaos, who uses no magic, can kill the beings outside of time and space, using psionic energy blasts.

The Phoenix, the first primordial force that came into existence is also a reality warper. and yes, all living beings have some form of psionic energy, it's a force of creation after all. But I'm talking about those who can wield that primordial force into a weapon, like the X-Men, gods and cosmic entities. Chaos magic, isn't strong enough to kill or sometimes even hurt entities that exist outside of time and space, as explained by the never queen to Wanda after wanda was killed by the devourer. and yes, you are correct reality changes all of the time, but the fundamental forces don't change. for example, when the last multiverse collapsed, in order to save creation in the future, the the Phoenix merged all the cosmic forces into Galan, who than became Galactus. so as you can see, the fundamental forces remain consistent in each and every multiverse. Magic simply wasn't and isn't part of that process of creation, it's a disrupter, not part of the grand design. The marvel universe is built on the basis of balance, not on one force that dominates all. That's marvel 101.

I personally believe that with the darkhold, the book itself ccorrupts the reads. And not the spells themselves. Lets say if there's a way to copy all it magic info into another blank book, that way u won't b directly reading from the darkhold. You'll b fine. And if ur still evil by choice, it'll b no strings attacked. As an MCU fan I must correct. The asgardians never used dark magic, but rather their own kind. The dark dimension magic is different from ragular dark magic. The ancient one mostly manipulate the fabric of space, instead of time.

One of the things I dont Understand is that if chaos and dark magic are seperate then witchcraft, why is it that when wanda and agatha uses witchcraf(runes for example) the magic is still chaos and dark magic and not the regular magic? I wish they would simply explain the whole magic system... I am hoping you could remake this video after seeing Agatha All Along cuz we did learn a lot about it and I have so many questions about the magic. could a witch of spesific skill, lets go with divination(such as Lilian) blast someone? shield? or levitate(lets say the divination witch is powerful)? are divination witches only limited to divination? and could a witch like Evanora or Billy do divination(as a newbie ofc but still could they attemp to practice it?) are the spesific witches born with that magic and the color thats seemed to be alinged to it(such as Jen and pink alchemy magic)? the color seems to have significance(green craft for instance), so does asgardian magic classify as witchcraft? sorcery? or smth else..? hela had green magic and was able to perform necromancy and claims herself as the godess of death, but is that really the same green craft? or is it asgardian magic? because loki, frigga and silvye used it differently tho it was still green, they made illusions that were sometimes even tengible, and were able to teleport and do not very nature related spells. Idk ig I just need them to make it make sense yk? I used to think witchcraft and sorcery were the 2 magic practices and the chaos, asgardian, dark, blue, and others were the types of magic sources that were being practices through witchcraft or sorcery but after Agatha All Along and taking other creatures into account(dormammue, demons, and other non sorcerers non witches magical beings) I realized my interputation of this was not accurate at all... I did read the Magic info on the fandom webstie but its a whole mess and doesn't really add up to me, so I hope that u can explain it because I loved the way u explained it in the video even tho u didn't have much to work with, now u do after Agatha All Along.

Just like how Tony Stark isn't adopted in the movies but an actual biological son of Howard Stark (unless Future MCU retcons this), how Thor doesn't have an Older brother named Baldur, how Bucky isn't a young sidekick like Robin, how Hank Pym isn't the creator of the Ultron Program, and many others. Marvel Comics and MCU have different past/histories.
