Still not worthy to be ranked so high. Plus that thing should've killed Tony. If not all those vulnerable spots like the big eye holes or the parts where you can see the leather fabric, then certainly by the impact after flying away. I expected that thing near the the bottom of the list, even if he came up with and built it in a cave and it was the first one.

@@_Feanor_. This isn't a tier list, its a subjective list of the ones he likes the most. And the mark I is easy to like. Its slow, clunky, and very flawed, yes. However, that's how it shines. It wasn't made to be perfect, it was made on a budget, with the machine only needing one requirement: work. Plus, it looks cool and scary, and for some people, that's enough.

I really like the way the MCU has shown us the evolution of the iron man armour over the years; I mean, if they'd started with the Infinity War suit, it would have been too implausible, but because they worked their way towards it across several movies, starting with something that looks like (and was) made in a cave out of scraps, and then later showing suits with gradually increased modularity and self-assembly functions, it works. Another example of Cinematic Universe done right.

Not my favorite, but I do love the Mark II. The all silver look with the blue lighting looks incredible. It still gives me chills to watch that scene of him suiting up. The bulky Mark I makes me love the Mark II so much more, as it is such a big improvement.

One really neat feature of the War Machine Mark 1 was that its Gatling gun was mounted on a 360-degree swivel that was, itself, mounted on a bar that went between Rhodey's shoulders. So the gun could not only rotate to follow targets, but could slide from one shoulder to the other to reach targets it otherwise could not. Cool, yes?

The Iron Man MK. IV actually has more upgrades. It also holds more missiles, stun rockets, better inertial dampening technology, and is better than the MK.III overall. The classic Iron Man armor from the comics is called the mark 4.

Mk 50 is a bit too high tech for me. I's lacking that bulky armour look. It looks more like a skin-tight suit than an armour capable of surviving incoming moons. but that's just my opinion.

PHOTON well the idea of subversion is my soft spot, something that looks to be weak is the most deadliest, it works really well most of the times, becoming bulky and/or with less advanced suits would be more effort and strain then having something like Nanotechnology which can adapt and rebuild and is far more versatile or even something else like Liquid Metal would be very useful and awesome. I know this is your opinion but I'm just typing that the idea of subversion is a good idea for the most part and weaker armours or anything in general could be far more powerful and I like it the most.

@@CerealExperimentsMizuki i just liked the beuty of the first few iron man suits becouse u can see the mechanical complexity and amount of engineering that went into the suit. In the new one, you cant see any machenical bits and peices. Also, the first few allowed for using real iron man props instead of using all cgi with the new suits. The debate is not of which suit is stronger, its the effort the costume creators put effort in tye movie.

They are all CGI lol. What i was trying to get at is that this suit starts the progression of a more form-fitting suit. Look at the Mark 50. The thing almost looks like a body suit. Way less clunky and robotic looking than the previous units. Hope that makes sense haha.

I know, but not while moving. Only when standing completely still, and even than some effects are added for the light reflections. When moving (walking, flying, fighting, etc.) they all are made by CGI. Except the mark 1 in a few shots. That's what I meant :)

I like how you included the War Machine suits and ranked them so highly. My ideal Iron Man suit takes the bulk and firepower of War Machine, paints it red, black, and gold, and adds a detachable dragon head, wings, and tail, all decked out with additional thrusters and weaponry. When separated, the dragon attachment can function on its own, much like Falcon's Redwing, but when attached, the extra thrusters help maintain mobility despite the added bulk, and the extra weaponry help the Iron Dragon kick ass that much harder.

Well the Iron Spider is put in the category of Spider-Man suits. Even War Machine being on any Iron Man armor ranking is a bit iffy considering the War Machine armor is just that. The War Machine armor. It really only fits into Iron Man armor rankings on the technicality that it is heavily and I mean very heavily based on the Iron Man armor.
