Dear: H.E Madam Geingos . Your keynote address, carry unimaginable lesson to learn from as you articulated the most dynamic undiscovered challenges that has been for so long a denial to the demand of youth inclusive participation in leadership ,panel of decision making and all this did happened because our current political system have not departed from apartheid political system that doesn't allow inter generational youth to occupies space in Public Services . You have also demonstrated the most important key aspect that're the concrete truth of why youth don't gain potential opportunity in public services . The reason is that Inter generational Youth require more political credibility ,knowledge , diversified understanding of political laws that lead to a transparent governance and accountability leadership , If 90% of youth can prove them self to lead with this political competence , Believe me no government will denies youth that are authentically prepared for making a changes in leadership.
