The part that stood out for me was connecting with the customer and showing them that you understand their situation before trying to sell them your products.

Thanks for explaining the FOMO campaign. I provide a service, so I have a real urgency to get clients on the waitlist.

Really like your frame up of Demand and Supply - the truth rather than the manipulation!

I've put the horse before the cart. For 4yrs I've been improving my skills in design without building a network or portfolio. This video was just what I needed to focus on the 9%! GOLD! ❤

My strength is being able to attract new clients My weakness - I've not yet won an award ( for the luxury market). I see myself in the Niche market. ✔️ And in the last section. Daniel where you explain the demand and supply ratio... I am a service. Thank you I find your content brilliantly broken down. Carolyn Williams

Biggest takeaway for me from this lesson is that I need to work on manufacturing desire. I sell in a way that assumes they want my service. This video was super helpful. Thank you.

This was great, really simplified what sometimes feels like a complex subject or a dark art. What really stood out to me was the signal vs capacity for that FOMO effect, but also speaking to people's desire as opposed to providing discounts. that was great. Thank you!

I would say the supply and demand tension is what I have been missing. I want to dive into it !

I was thinking of increasing the supply, but instead, I will increase the price and keep it available for fewer people. I need to boost the campaigns. Thanks a lot, Daniel. Great value as always. ❤

Amazing - the ideal customer profile couldn’t have been better explained. We keep hearing about how to create one, but not many talk about the wrong ICP, which is where businesses struggle a lot. Great content as usual Daniel!

Important lessons 1) how to separate customer personalities 2) a path that goes over past obstacles to deliver desired reality 3) how to create FOMO ❤ Thanks for the lessons

What about SaaS where the limit of capacity is not a constraint (you can take as many as you want)?

Loved this. Thanks Daniel. Would love to see you do a video on how to hire someone if you're starting off, when you might now have the funds to pay them from day 1. Do you offer them a equity share?

Love this - I'm wondering how would this work for a freelancer trying to get clients but they still haven't quite solidified their experience yet? ie through client work they will actually get better at 'the thing' so they don't have enough success/testimonials to generate demand from right now?

Start by becoming the sales and marketing engine and getting the best technician you know to deliver the work.

Thank you! I've been thinking about this a lot and I think your answer might just be what i need. So for anyone reading this who's thinking the same thing: I actually didn't quite understand what Daniel's response meant initially, so I went on ChatGPT for some help. I typed my question and the response and asked ChatGPT to explain to me how I could do this concisely. The answer: this could be through an agency model or a partnership where I find the best technicians out there (freelancers in this case) and propose to help generate more traffic and clients for them in return for some sort of profit share. I only get paid if I get them a client so they wouldn't be losing anything. Then back to this video to implement everything I learnt to help them generate that traffic and run a successful campaign. If you wanted to become a technician yourself you can then learn the skills in the meantime or will be able to ask questions from the technician themselves as you're generating traffic for them.

Thanks for the forecast! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (air carpet target dish off jeans toilet sweet piano spoil fruit essay). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
