Brooooo I see you boys are still doing chase came with the camera up. Reverse that camera and follow with it upside down for a bit more stable footy.. Use the camera as a counter weight and makes it much easier to hold.

Casey Willax the Gopro auto rotates for you. So you don’t have to do any editing in post. It records right side up even though the camera is upside down. Give it a try!

New challenge. See if you can get access to a gym and do this once a week. I've been doing it for a year and I can't believe my surfing. Deadlift, overhead press, bench press and barbell squat. Slowly add weight week to week. You'll be a different person next year. And you only have to work out 52 times! Let me know if you have questions. Look up mark ripoetoe and his starting strength plan for reference.
