The homeless situation is deeper then who you vote for, most of it is due to mental illness, they don't want to be a part of society due to incidents in their lives. You'll never be able to solve this problem until you can figure out how to reach each one individually, and even then , not all of them CAN be reached.

@@phoward247 Homelessness is mostly caused from mental illnesses that are either untreated or refusal of treatment, which mainly started with our Vietnam veterans. Politics are a minor part, drug usage /alcoholism is more predominate then politics, so is just not wanting to conform to society . Your Exhibit 1 would fall farther down the ladder. With a little bit of research and a lot less personal judgement you could've found this out.

Love your wonderful skills! Well if the creep continues you actually have legal rights to stop him from harassing you and the ladies via the justice system. If I were you, I would hire a guard and tell the next exposed lady that if some creep is harassing her, then she need not worry, point to the guard and tell her that he is there to help if she want. Then reinforce to the creep that all of this is being recorded and you have legal right to spread joy, he does not have the right to stalk nor harass people. Thank you for every beautiful moment!

As a trained Martial artist as well with over 10 years. Being able to fight has nothing to do with this situation. In my academy we teach about deescalating situations and minimizing use of force in every situation. I just don’t like how other marital artist try and come off like they have to use there set of skills in a situation that is not needed. We always position over submission. You don’t have to beat someone to take control of the situation. But rather than to have dominant position and hold someone down until police come. Glad you are safe. Take care.

Zach, my best advice to you about drunks ( because I worked substance abuse rehab for over 30 years) is this: just pack up and leave. You can’t control any conversation with a drunkard ever. It is a complete waste of time. Just pick another spot or another day. 20 mins blithering with a drunk allows them to be in control, period.
