No it wasn't... this has been debunked before, In 1940s when he was working out of his gas station, the recipe was printed over the door. The one thing he had that was slightly unusual at the time was white pepper, because it wasn't that common. Sanders would have his nephew mix up the different ingredients with some flour and when he started to franchise, they'd deliver that mix. It's not "secret" because it's pretty common. It was originally from the Colonel's second wife. Its literally the most basic "recipe" and can be made super easily.
