Hi i want to ask why coating starts removing while frying ?

There are many reasons...If oil is not heated properly or if coating is too thin or if you don't use non stick pan sometimes it sticks to the vessel...also while frying do not touch chicken pieces, let them fry undisturbed for atleast 5 minutes then turn them...fry chicken under medium to high for 5 minutes then only reduce the flame....add egg in the coating, this gives good binding...these are the few reasons...so do try this time if it still gets seperated then let me know in the comment section
