To get extra crunch, dip your fingers in the water and sprinkle some drops of marinade (Water here, or buttermilk) in the flour, those small drops will clump flour that'll stick to your chicken and make it extra crispy.

Hi Sanjyot I Made this yesterday and it was exactly and better than kfc. I didn’t make the peri peri masala as I already had the store bought one the crumb the crisp was exactly same as kfc chicken on the inside the chicken was tender juicy and well marinated unlike kfc and it’s super easy.

I’ve made this chicken popcorn. It turned out amazing. My husband loved it. Not gonna buy this from outside. I have made a small change for this recipe, I’ve used multigrain aata in the place of maida and fried in cold pressed sunflower oil. But make sure to serve hot. Results are the same. Thanks Sanjayot for the amazing recipes. If I want to make any dish, first I’ll search in YFL only. If it’s there, I’ll go for it there will no second option I’ll choose. For me most of the YFL recipes gave exact same result. Even my husband started following your recipes. You are just amazing chef Sanjayot. Keep going 👍🏻👍🏻
