Last night I made what I'm calling a Cajun Sloppy Joe with the Benoit's Sauce. I started off by cooking down a cup and a half of onions and a cup and a half of bell peppers. When the onions got translucent, I added the Benoit's Sauce, shredded chicken and small shrimp. When it was all done I poured it over a pot of rice and stirred it in. Then it was just scoop it out and put it on a hamburger bun. Turned out to be a really good sandwich. Next time I'll add diced tomatoes and try it with fish.

I’m with Loyd here, can you share the name of that sauce you put you bass in? We catch tons of whites (I’m sure you call the sandies), bet that would be good. Nice crappie, looked to be all blacks. You all using Garmin Live Scope down there? A bunch of us here in Missouri have had real success with it. Blessings to you, and good fishing.
