I take you guys through the whole process of making Tasso, from preparing the meat all the way packaging for the freezer. I was so happy with the end product. We will enjoy many meals with it. A little side note , this was my first video recorded all on my own, it was definitely a challenge to keep moving the tripod and make it look natural, hope you guys liked it. How can that pork be sold retail? In Texas, the Health Dept requires that the meat comes from a USDA approved and inspected source. This is kind of strange, because meats are brought in to Texas from Mexico and sold in stores, and they have no standards at all.
