How does the jack shaft set up work? Did you use an existing torque converter bottom then weld an axle on?

What is the final gear ratio? Some say with sled engines you need 8:1 gearing.

Depending on which sprocket you are talking about, it is either the Rear axle, or the reduction shaft

You bought your chain at princess auto? Trust me when I say the price does not mean good value. It's sloppy and weak! I went through box after box of this chain until I finally bought a 30 dollar box of RBL chain from west can auto.

I agree some of there products are cheaper for a reason. However, its been over a year of driving that kart with no chain problems, so they can't all be bad
