आयुर्वेद और प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा के अनुसार खाना खाने के तुरंत बाद नहीं चलना चाहिए दो चार घूंट मौसम के अनुसार पानी के पी सकते हो उसके बाद 10 मिनट तक वज्रासन लगाना चाहिए फिर आपको टहलना बहुत बढ़िया रहता है ! उसके कारण खाना हजम होने में सहायता मिलती है जिसका परिणाम डकार के रूप में हमें दिखाई देता है और पेट भी हल्का हो जाता है केवल तेज चलने की मनाही होती है !!

My father is 72 & a chronic cardiac patient from last 25 years. He always fast walk at morning continuously 6-7 km per day. He also walk just after dinner almost 30 mins. He is taking Aspirin medicine & homeopathic medicine ADEL 43 for healthy heart. Still He feels very fine. He says that he doesn't need any kind of operations. He also dieting very well, no salty food, no oily food.

My experience is otherwise. I am a diabetic for last three years. I walk after every meal for around 1.5 km in 20 minutes. It really helps me in lowering my sugar level. Besides, I have managed to reduce my weight 8 kg in 6 month .

@@AmitKumar-rn6ds सही कहा कोई भी बात वैज्ञानिक प्रमाणो परख कर नही कहते। मुधुमेह को काबू रखने का तरीका ज्यादा से ज्यादा शारीरिक तौर पर सक्रिय रहना ही है और कुछ खाने पर तब्दीलिया करने से। आटे में चना मिलाना चाहिए १० किलो में २.५ किलो। ज्यादा से कम की तरफ खाने को दिशा होनी चाहिए। रात का खाना कम होना चाहिए। अगर वजन ज्यादा है तो उसका २० प्रतिशत कम करना चाहिए। चावल बासमती या फिर माड़ निकाल कर खाने चाहिए

The doc is only talking from cardio vascular health perspective. Anyways since ancient time it is said that " One should not do any intense work because all the blood is circulated towards stomach for digestion which is intense process for the body". IMO , walking after 45mins with a low intensity totally works for me. One should not walk fast just stroll slowly because the goal is to aid digestion. If your goal is heart health then only walk fast preferably 2-3 hrs after a meal. There is nothing right or wrong, it just depends on perspective..

That's the problem with doctors, they take one sided approach Walking after meal is always suggested to be slow, it is done to improve the digestion and maintain the spike in blood sugar level. Cardio (jogging, slow exercises) is good to be done in empty or partially empty stomach. Please ask to these things to right people, not to the people who confuse the world

Misleading heading. Every Individual is different from other Individual so one should follow the rules / instructions according to his /her own comfort level. Do not eat heavy and oily meals in the dinner. Eat foods which are easily digestible and avoid late night eating meals. One can walk slowly after dinner for half an hour but not immediately after the meals. One can take warm milk before sleeping if one feels good and this will help in clearing of bowls in the morning to the patients who have constipation problems.

Every important is = जब भी मैं खान खाने के तुरंत बाद स्कूल जाने के लिए थोडी सी तेजी से चलता था तब तब किडनी के साईड में या पेट के लेफ्ट और राइट साईड में दर्द सी सुरु होती थीं,तो यह किस कारण से होति हैं?????

Aur mein khana khane ke 10 minute baad nonstop 1 ghanta walk karta hu, aur subah acchi khasi kasrat bhi karta hu. Jindagi mein physical fitness ke bare mein har baar doctor ki salah jaruri nhi hoti.

My experience: if I don't walk (relaxed walk) after every meal, then I always face acidity issues and bitter belch. (edited) I face GERD issues.

खाना खाने के बाद लेटना नहीं चाहिए यह स्वास्थ्य के लिए अच्छा नहीं है । इसलिए कम से कम 100 कदम धीरे धीरे टहलना चाहिए ।

Guys when we eat any food its go in blood and it's also contains fats , so it's totally normall to walk and also it's helps in lower cholesterol & sugar level also if your heart patient dont do walk after immediate meal taken or consult dr.
