There were lot of confusions regarding these terms but Thanks to you👍🏻.....in most of the cases these lands (khasra’s) are further divided into parts and people are not able to locate the exact part of the khasra they own as their are no plot numbers...So my main concern is, how a person having all details like Khewat,Khatauni and Khasra number will able to find his/her owned part or plot number?

Sorry but u described all totally incorrect...khautani has no column about kashtkaar it only gives information of persons that who is paying the revenue {also held in various judgments by Hon'ble SC & HC's} for the said agricultural land and the name of persons who are actually cultivating is mentioned in "khasra" not in khatuani and there is no column of irrigation means in khatauni rather it is mentioned in khasra only .....Kindly go through the above documents throughly once again and then make any video so that the viewers receive the correct information only ..(Being a Judicial officer I go through these documents daily, and that's why i commented)
