Not in MMA history, UFC history. There are literally guys with more submission wins in MMA than Oliveira has even fought. Off the top of my head, I KNOW Shannon Ritch, Travis Fulton, Jeremy Horn, or Minowaman have more submission wins than him in MMA. Notice how when Islam got a hold of Charles and cleared past Charles legs, Khabib asked him to go for a “choke, please”. This is yet another testament to how Khabib never wants to harm his opponents. Even against one of the best fighters, Khabib wanted Islam to avoid the “easier” arm triangle and go for a choke instead just to avoid any risk of injuring Charles.
