I dont know about cali, but I know about me. Gonna share a funny story about that pepper. Now I attend a Caribbean church and one day went to a celebration and they had wonderful food. Now someone made some lentils and left the pepper in it. My wonderful self, ate it. My friend watched my face change. All the food on plate was gone including bread and water and whatever else was gone only ginger beer left. A lady was speaking to me and all I could do is slightly watery eyes and breath like I was in labor. That tongue of mines didn't calm down until next day. So that scotch bonnet pepper not my friend
