In Haiti 🇭🇹🇭🇹we call okra "calalou" (calaloo) so at first I was confused when Kay said we couldn't find callaloo I was like "but it's on the counter."😅😅 Anyway. Nice vlog, as usual!! 👌🏾👌🏾 I love Kay's bond with her siblings!

In The Bahamas we use plantains, onions, bell pepper, ore boiled potatoes and season the fish with scotch bonnet pepper, salt, lime and lemon with a little thyme and butter. Try it, its boom 🇧🇸✊🏿🖤🌍🙋🏾♀️
