well, the movie was filmed while he was still working on his album, but anyone who knows about his DU days will tell you Pac was wylin on that world tour they were on BEFORE he even landed the role of Bishop. Shock G has spoken on him and Pac getting into huge arguments on a regular basis that usually ended by either Pac screaming at the top of his lungs, "I'm off this tour!" or Shock firing him. Pac would calm down and all would be cool again, so this whole Pac became Bishop thing ain't really true. Plus, Money B has also said numerous times that Pac would be ready to fight 10, 20, 30 or more people if he felt disrespected.

Tupac said quite explicitly that this 'baptism' happened after he was beat up by the police. He was happy, successful, had a movie out and releasing music and thought he had elevated himself away from the issues that affect ordinary black people. That beating is what darkened his heart. His family and closest friends also noted that as the pivot point. Khalil was around Tupac for a few months maybe ? How are we taking what he says as truth when Tupac himself stated in interviews and his music what his issues were.

Khalil Kain was just a nicca Pac worked with a for a brief moment of time. There's articles out there by Shock G & Money B that contradict this "He became Bishop" nonsense.Money B was the first to audition for Juice. While in a group/script reading, he said the character Bishop actually reminded him of Tupac, so he told Pac to go audition for the role.People are some simple simon muthafukkaz who love a good humbug. The "Tupac became Bishop" storyline is such a juicy/intriguing storyline, but it's nothing more than an urban legend.Do your research.Pac was always a live wire who talked shyt to cops.He grew up in a family consisting of radical black militants, in the ghetto, with a mother addicted to crack. How people try to turn him into this "Carlton Banks turned Bishop" character is sheer laziness & ignorance. You're just going with the romanticized/sensationalized/ mainstream storyline like the rest of the herd.the masses are asses! From what I've heard, Pac didn't really fukk with his Juice co stars like that.Only when they were on camera/promoting the movie. The only 2 he had a somewhat cool relationship with was Omar Epps and the guy who played Steel. The rest of them niccaz was simply coworkers.I wish my cowrkers would try to act like they know me like that.I take Shock G/Money B's word over any of these Hollywood niccaz looking for air time/legitimacy by mentioning Pac.They knew Pac waayyyyyyyy before there was even a Juice. They both say Pac was wild/crazy BEFORE there was ever such a thing as "Bishop".If anything, Bishop became Pac.That's why it's such an iconic role.Had it been anybody else, shyt wouldn't have made the same impact. He was a natural for the role because he already had the anger/charisma in him to pull it off.Only difference is, Bishop was a sociopath. That's where the acting came in.Pac was already 90% Bishop before he even stepped on set.
