i think everyone knew from day 1 he over trained it was mentioned many times no recovery just gogogo. He says his coaches never let him rest but i think he never let himself rest. Looks mentally sound , calm, relaxed and ready to go. I really hope they dial in his nutrition , rest and training good his body needs every bit of it especially when all fighters got manditory vaccine mandated it wasn't the covid that got him was the shot.
