During this 2nd attempt he used the towel to cheat, magically losing 5.5 pounds🤣🤣 The real issue here is that the US commissions (Las Vegas, NY, etc) don't oversee the fights in Abu Dhabi. The UFC self-regulates these fights. No way for anyone to be sure if he even made weight that third time.
