It's obvious that Sal is great at math, but I think he could benefit from learning some basic teaching strategies. The academies system works best as refreshers after being taught by a licensed teacher.

I totally needed to watch this video. Really if 1/5 of our teachers had your knowledge in how to break it down. Our kids would be doing soooo much better. I heard someone say " To teach is to relearn" or to teach is to grow. You'er a great teacher!!

It's not that they come from a foreign country, it's just silly how some people try to feel superior to others by saying they learned certain concepts earlier than others yet they make non-mathematical errors that sort of contradict their pompous statements.

okay I get the multiplying and dividing. But I'm struggling with subtracting exponents with same base. Am I supposed to change it to a division or multiplying equation somehow. 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Oh my god I hate school. This guys cool, but my mom forced me here. I do the damn math and my dad checks it, changes it around and screws up my grade. I remember when I was taking pre college level algebra. And I had to always wonder what the difference was. I guess it has something to do with multiplying. The parentheses always are like that. I get the concept, however I still have to wonder what the whole deal is. I could teach it to people and get by, however I think that requires A PhD person. And they would totally confuse you. At least that's my opinion.
