Let's explore how to calculate the emf and internal resistance of an effective cell when cells are connected in series. Both the emf and the internal resistances add up.
Khan Academy is a nonprofit organization with the mission of providing a free, world-class education for anyone, anywhere. We offer quizzes, questions, instructional videos, and articles on a range of academic subjects, including math, biology, chemistry, physics, history, economics, finance, grammar, preschool learning, and more. We provide teachers with tools and data so they can help their students develop the skills, habits, and mindsets for success in school and beyond. Khan Academy has been translated into dozens of languages, and 15 million people around the globe learn on Khan Academy every month. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we would love your help!

2:12 but sir positive charge moves from + to - , wouldn't it be repelled by + terminal.

Ye but it will be pulled by the negative terminal of the adjacent cell. So the positive terminal of the first cell will repel it away into the negative terminal of the next cell...

i think your explanation is pretty much reversed ,and wrong .as according to batrery current could not flow if you connect posituve to positive ,i think so .

Movement of charges is what produce the electric current. So as long as that charged particle is moving in one direction..there will be current

Actually it's just an analogy as explained in his earlier video and the positive charge is just an metaphor of the direction of current...
