Wow! I absolutely love the Pacman machines! Since I am blind, I cannot picture what it looks like. I have never seen or played one in person before. I really want to play Pacman so bad! But since I cannot see enough to play it on my own, I need to find a sighted partner who wants to play it as much as I do. I absolutely love the sounds of the Pacman arcade machine! I cannot wait to play in person for real! Thank you for being willing to demonstrate you playing it.

It doesn't change screens. That never happened in the original Pac-Man. It just gets faster and eventually the big dots won't work anymore if you get far enough if I recall correctly.

I just bought the Costco bundle that comes with a newer screen, a light up marquee, the custom riser, and a stool for $350. I can't wait for it to arrive! I remember seeing the original Pac-Man arcade cabinet long ago and never got to play it. This will solve all my problems.

I still have the exact cabinet. Same price. I've since added burgertime, Ms Pac 40th and Ridge racer that's still in the original box. Haven't made room for it, but had to snag it at the reduced price. I'd love to trade/sell my pacman as, it's the lamest cab I have with only two games, but will never be able to recoup the cost. Really not a horrible deal with all it came with, but it gets nowhere near the play as the others. Curious to know if you still have yours?

It's a 4 position, diagonal isn't an option. Only up, down, left, right. Which makes the controls a lot better imo

If you like Pac-Man, try RandomPac. It has been made as faithful as possible to the original arcade version except that the mazes are created randomly (they are different every time) and it contains bonus levels. Download RandomPac from lowcarb.itch.io

the one part I hate about most of these recreations of the original game is how in most of them the ghosts can go up that one section right above the enemy house when in the original game they can't, it kinda ruins gameplay for people who know the patterns.
