So here's the deal, I saw this recipe video yesterday and tried it immediately, like I went ahead and arranged all the ingredients and got cookin. Anddd.. guess what, she was right, it came out super delicious and ooh my gosh was it a heaven to make, it wasn't overly spicy neither was it bland, the flavours were all so well meshed together that every bite was mwah!! Note: even though I followed the recipe as it is, I did tinker with it a little i.e, I added a handful of mint leaves to techa mix and I prepared the chicken flavoring or broth mix or whatever you might prefer to call it in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles and the broth and and chicken came out fine(im not sure if this is a thing, cause most people use pressure cooker almost all the time, but as for me using a pressure cooker was more convenient).

If you are looking for the brass / bronze one it is called uruli . A traditional kerala cooking vessel. It is available in Amazon via a seller called mannar crafts. Btw Mannar is a village is kerala which is well known for its brass and bronze works .
