Cathinones are not amphetamine-like, they are true amphetamines, chemically. Amphetamine is alpha-methyl-phenyl-ethyl-amine; cathinone posseses all of this structure, with an additional ketone on the beta carbon of the amphetamine, which gives the amphetamine a cocaine-like "kick", and reducing its duration of action somewhat.

It's largely worked out for us perfectly, looking at our neighbors I don't know why they love Khat so much. It makes you lazy and unproductive. Damages your gums and eventually ruins your teeth giving you dental problems. Slowers cognitive function because you are constantly giving yourself a stimulant eventually your brain will crave it and won't function properly without it. It's very dangerous.

It's more than likely they were not familiar with the effects and panicked when they were not in any real danger. If challenged by adults on their intoxicated behaviour and those adults react in a 'shock, horror DRUGS' manner that will increase the panic and hyperventilation of the teenagers. I've seen a similar case myself. The same with people who go to casualty after taking too much cannabis, usually first time users, who panic and feel out of control when they are in no danger at all and just need to lay down and calm themselves for a while. The reprimands of hospital staff doesn't help either.

@myboysd5772 Every single minute of every day, you are at risk of war. And your consumption of coffee methodology has no influence whatsoever. Intelligence should always be a factor in coffee consumption. However, only minimally to drinking it. There is the paramount necessity of being able to provide yourself with a first cup of the day of such quality that most of the lyrics of the song "My Girl" seem to apply to it. The brain is usually minimally engaged in preventing scalding your tongue and not drinking in bouncy castles. When your doctor says "only one cup in the morning," a brain does more work to prevent you from blurting out about afternoons and evenings being unlimited. And your brain also helps you find the largest possible cup for that morning Joe. I hope all this helps you in your pursuit of a happy life. Oh, and it is always a wise choice to not stand too near overstimulated individuals who feel that they have been given the shitty end of the stick for centuries.
