That's a charming and heartwarming observation! The happiness and well-being of people in any community are often a reflection of their lifestyle, environment, and cultural practices. In the villages where traditional farming and harvesting are part of daily life, the close-knit community and connection to nature might indeed play a role in their contentment. It's always wonderful to hear about places where people are known for their joy and positivity. Thank you for sharing this delightful rumour, reminding us of the simple yet profound aspects of happiness in different cultures!

Later, Indian govt banned anyone from entering the cave and sometime in past 30 years, army carried out various blasts and that destroyed the tunnel to a great extent. Another goes for Boodha Amarnath, where a tunnel is sealed off for general public and is believed to go to Kashi Vishwanath.

I tried some REALLY potent Shilajit in Nepal (that's where you get the best quality, in the eastern Himalayas). Don't know about it being an Aphrodisiac but it definitely tasted like absolute horsecart wheel grease or something similar. Apparently if you use it long enough, it can offer long term benefits for your libido but it's just a kerogen so I have my doubts about that. That being said, Ayurveda is a wonderful world of possibilities and should definitely not be looked down upon because of snake oil like this.

While I admire the Manohars work despite the huge risk, I wish this report contested the claims of the "physician & ayurvedic practitioner" more than just one sentence that "research on shilajit is limited". It's like saying that research on aliens is limited so we asked crazy guys from Ancient Aliens from History channel to only show their point of view as the implicitly true one. This way you're basically shilling shilajit as panaceum, while right now it looks more like placebo/snake oil. I'm not an expert but I really wonder how much can you attribute to shilajit rather than all of the other stuff that gets mixed into it like shown on this film. If it really was a miracle drug, it would already be analyzed, patented and sold by the biggest players because that's what they do in every other case without a sign of remorse. If you believe in the sale's pitch for shilajit, then it's your life and your choice to rely on a mixture of shilajit, cow urine, clarified butter, sacred water(?) and honey for your fertility treatment. Good job Insider News. You're participating in misrepresenting the efficacy of another fertility miracle drug after having elephant's tusks, rhino's horns taken from their dead bodies or seahorses as a whole being ground into powder so that some sleazy dude can spend money to believe that he got his hands on a new pixie powder that will still NOT make them a baby machine.
