This is the design I choose for my dream house and currently the construction is ongoing.Thank you for sharing your works. The only thing that i want to revise is the location of stair, wanted it to move in the kitchen location to have more space in the living room.

Every 3 br home built in the ‘50s and 60’s had a single bathroom. If you had a two story you might get a half bath.

The second floors bedroom should be moved to where the living area is instead. Then anyone can have access to the roofs patio without disturbing anyone. And yes, you need at least a half bathroom on the top floor.

Nice and compact. But I think the 2nd floor should have a toilet/half bath at least. Imagine sleepily heading down the stairs in the middle of the night or wee hours of the morning to use the toilet. It’s an accident just waiting to happen.

The downstaires reception are seems small. Maybe increasing the size of that space by incorporating part of the front bedroom and increasing the sjze of the back bedroom. Decreasing the second floor deck and adding a full bathroom and third bedroom on that level. The over all dimensions of the house is maintained, but it becomes more functional for the way people actually live.

Can plz....make a design for me...with this taste.... Plot size is 40feet by 40 feet, east facing, I want a duplex style with ground floor having car parking, kitchen, hall and a bathroom. Kitchen should be with store and washing area. Kitchen should be at South East corner. Deck is big enough for gardening should be over parking area. First floor should have a kitchen and two bedroom with attached wasroom. One worship room of small size at North East corner either in ground floor or first floor. Build up area should be such like that two feet of gap from boundry wall from three sides...n at front a small place for gardening. Plz do it for me...
