Kheemo Pattice:
Ingredients:
Minced Mutton-250g
Potatoes-500g-700g
For Marination:
Ginger,garlic and chilly paste-2 tbsp
Red chilly powder-1 tbsp
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
salt to taste.
Other Ingredients
Cinnamon powder-1/4 tbsp
Clove powder-1/4 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
Chopped Mint leaves-1/2 cup
Chopped Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
For pattice Dipping:
2 eggs
red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk- 1tbsp
salt to taste.
OIl for frying.
Method:
-Marinate Kheema with above marination Ingredients for 15-20 minutes.
-cook on a medium flame for 15-20 minutes without adding water.
-after cooking kheema let it cool.
-then add Cinnamon powder,Clove powder,Black pepper powder,Chopped Mint leaves,Chopped Coriander leaves and salt.
-boil potatoes ,peel and mashed(make sure no lumps remain in the potatoes).
-Beat 2 eggs,adding red chilly powder,black pepper powder,milk and salt and whisk well, keep it aside.
- Now dip your finger into the water and make uniform ball of potato mixture and flatten it round.
- Now add a good quantity of the filling and then cover the edges with softly.
-do the other remainings.
-now dip into the egg mixture one by one and deep fry.
- Serve hot with sauce or With green Chutney.
