Khomeini rejects Iraqi Peace Offer

Khomeini started the Iran Iraq war by attacking Iraq on the 4th September 1980.
13th september 1980, General Fallahi and Bani Sadr said Iran will not honor the Algiers Agreement.
Iraq responded and cancelled it as well.
Iraq responded to the Iranian attack on the 22. September 1980.
One week later Iraq offered unconditional withdrawal and peace but Iran declined. Iraq made numerous offers afterwards. But Iran always declined.
Iran would only accept in July 1988 after they were defeated militarily.
