Congratulations 👏 you are entitled to your own opinion about yourself... however, the PART of Hawai'i, I THINK that YOU SHOULD research and read about WHAT those "Americans" DID to OUR Hawaiian people, OUR ancestors, OUR LAST reigning monarch and how they STILL are doing to OUR 'aina WHICH in turn equals to the INDIGENOUS PEOPLE like myself who is TRULY FROM Hawai'i 🤙 So....YOU can be a "proud American" all you like but... Hawai'i is ALWAYS going to be HAWAI'I 🌺 Blessings and Aloha to you and your Ohana 🤙

@@emmakahoe5233 That was covered in the mandatory Hawaiian studies classes throughout the public schools here. I’m interested in the people that were here before the Native Hawaiians. Which were not mentioned in Hawaiian studies. What happened to them after the Native Hawaiians migrated here?

@@outlawstar9947 If there were people before the native hawaiians, who were they? Where is your evidence? What studies can you cite that give any legitimacy to your claims?

@@hmmmm.3899 Proof? Like Alekoko fish pond? In the retelling of the creation of the fish pond, it clearly establishes an unknown people as it’s builders. If you’re looking for written documentation, from ancient Hawaii, by ancient Hawaiians, I don’t think there is any. Since there was no written language at the time. Until the missionaries came and developed the Hawaiian alphabet. Which was based on a version of the Latin alphabet.
