People along the river are heavily prepared, lots of experience on this issue and are fully ready to defend their homes from LOOTERS. . We know what we are doing when we stand our ground and stay at our homes. I remember times when LOOTERS would arrive up on john boats to the vacated homes and robbed them blind while the so called victims evacuated.
