Hurricane Beryl was a wake up call for the Houston area and for the people , so how many folks actually did something and prepared for the next hurricane like buy a generator or trimmed or took out your trees ? And remember Beryl was only a Cat 1 so what do you think a Cat 2, 3 4 or 5 will do ?

Example people went to the store and stocked up on perishable items that require refrigeration not thinking what they would do with no electricity . And people refuse to trim their trees and then wonder why it fell over .
