He did recounting the history and highlights how the abolishment of khilafah divided the muslims. Yet, his message in the end is that "khilafah can come and go but no one can take our eeman from us, no superpower nations can take our eeman from us" Then how about the uyghur? How about their eeman? Surely as Muslim we're not only concerned about ourselves but also we have to concerned ourselves with the affairs of the ummah. “Whoever wakes up in the morning not thinking about the affairs of the Ummah is not one of us.” (Muslim) So NO, Khilafah HAVE to stay, Khilafah HAVE to exist. Only the establishment of Khilafah can act as a shield to protect this ummah, inshaAllah.

I believe there is a reason far greater for the fall of the empire. Because of this piece of history, Islam is spreading way faster across the globe and I think this is the best think ever happened to Islam. If muslims were still be concentrated in the ottomans land, less west people would’ve have discover islam and we would have less convert.
@shehzebimam49913 жыл бұрын
The concentration argument is a fallacy as it is the Caliphate's duty to call the world to Islam ... Sure people are gravitating more towards Islam in last 2-3 decades but it is the duty of the Caliph primarily to carry out the da'wah to other states through the prescribed steps in the hadith on invitation.

Although it is sad that the caliphate ended, truth is that the Ottoman empire went into a decline, it was no longer an empire. The ottomans were losing so much land month on month. The size they once were was nothing compared to the 1900s. Ataturk, who was the commander of western Ottoman early realised something had to be done in order to save the Turkish land. Because of him Western Turkey today is not part of Greece, who knows even Istanbul may have become part of Greece! Ataturk - though he was by no means perfect, but he did save the Turks, if it was not for him, Turkey may not even be a third of the size it is today. The ottoman empire, for one reason or another, collapsed. Yes Ataturk didn't do everything right, and there were a few things he could have done different, but I believe overall his intentions were good and he was a patriotic man who did all he could for his fellow Turks, in their best interest. So in summary, yes it is sad that the caliphate ended, but it was only a caliphate by name towards the end. And if it was not for Ataturk, the Ottoman empire would have ceased to exist anyway, and with no or very little of Turkey today.
