Thanks for the video, looks pretty easy. Do you have to release the pressure somewhere so you don't get fuel spraying everywhere?

I didn't have to i would advise doing while the engine is cold or not been run but no there was 0 spilt fuel

@@KarlFixes Thanks, I did this the other day on my Kia Ceed SW 1.6 CRDI 2008 using your video and it worked great. Only differences were that I needed a spanner to get the filter off, and I didn't prime it enough before starting so it took longer to get the air out of the system and start (quite a lot of turning over the engine and nothing happening). Once the fuel got through to the filter it seemed to sort itself out and seems like the engine runs more smoothly now!

Seems like a big job how often do you have to change that 😮why did they make it so difficult😮

Not that often its a service item and compared to a lot of other cars its very easy to replace been at the top of the engine bay

I pulled the vacuum hose of, now the brake pedal is very hard to press, what should i do?

are you sure you pulled off the correct hose? non of this is linked to the braking system, try starting the car and pumping the brake see it still happens i haven't seen this before

Does any one know where is the fuel pump I couldn’t find it under the car seat only filter but no motor inside the unit
