KIA SORENTO ЗАМЕНА САЙЛЕНТБЛОКОВ В ПЕРЕДНИХ РЫЧАГАХ

Today I have changed oil on my Astra K 5w/30, with OEM oil filter, and air filter. I have done that on your recommendation regarding to engine sound that has become significantly louder during last few months. I have bought car with 69K kilometers half a year ago, and car has now 77 k kilometers. Its 1.6cdti 81kw engine. After oil and filter change car still sounds very loud. That was not the case for the first couple of months after I bought it. And car jerks while driving, sometimes losing power.. Not always, but jerks every 3-4 days. Check engine light doesnt show up. Scan tool says everything is ok. But driving is not ok. And sound is definitely NOT ok, not even close. What do you recommend next?

the oil filter had to be cut and looked at, if the filter is clean then everything is ok in the engine, but if there are metal shavings and a piece of plastic then you need to disassemble the engine and check the timing chains
