hey hunn, i also struggle with my gut and I’ve been testing out peppermint capsules!! these have been such a game changer, I’m so much less winded and in pain 🙌🙌 if you’re not comfortable with taking supplements, peppermint tea is also a great option as it’s soothing for the tummy 💌

for lashes, it could be because of the contact solution that your lashes are refusing to grow (but its not like you can stop wearing contacts lol) but id recommend castor or argan oil or even vaseline before you sleep

I love the ELF lash serum!! I have super sensitive skin/eyes and have yet to experience any reaction. I've been using the serum for months and have definitely noticed a difference! I feel the same way w The Ordinary lash serum.
