Do you know of anyone that has gone to a school with a very small greek life (less than 4 sororities) or there were none and they started a sorority at their school? I think since the sororities are less than 5 years old the recruitment is informal with meet and greets. I would love to hear about your recruitment process.

Advice to someone who's not sure they wanna stay in their sorority (background: I haven't recruited girls yet so idk if that changes things and makes u closer to ur sorority)

I think you have to ask yourself if you are reaching out to girls and participating in activities and still not receiving any benefit. Recruitment really does bring you closer to people so I would wait and see if you get to meet more girls that you enjoy being with!

Honestly my best advice it to stay busy and involved so you are forced to stay on schedule! You will have an amazing time and honestly you can surprise yourself with your ability to just make it happen sometimes :) Best of luck!
