I’m actually so thankful for all your moving videos!! I’m relocating from Southern CA to Portland for a job and I would’ve never considered downtown/pearl if weren’t for your content. I toured your current building and looked at this area also and although I just signed a lease with another building, (one from another KZbinr which u actually commented on with the great kitchen:) it really helped to see empty and lived in options before touring in person. Ultimately figured it would be the last time I’d experience urban living before buying a house. I’m actually in packing hell right now, lol. Moving out of state is so much harder!! Looking forward to streamlined apartment living but still gonna need a little storage unit for all my hobby/sports equipment, got any recommendations?

You recently graduated, past the NCLEX, moving back to a place that was a sanctuary and home for you, new job, new relationships, an epic ski season is approaching, new subbies, new brand deals and whatever else your heart desires. You are so sincere, kind, loyal, and hard working… Please know these things shine through without you having to explain your heart, intentions, and goals. Always know you have more people for you then will ever be against you! I actually like apartments that have more natural light (and I am not a person that films) especially during the fall and winter so your new/old place won me over with that essential feature alone. Suggestion: Maybe get one of the bookcase or a bookshelf desk to go where you old bar area was. It can proved decoration and extra storage.

I am so sorry people are hating on you! You're such a kind and happy person! I have moved every single year since 2013. It f**king sucks! It's horrible. Moving is SO expensive. You have to pay deposits, you have to pay for moving supplies/trucks, you have to pay rent at your old place and your new place. It's horrible! However I will say this, even if you are moving for content, it's no one's business but yours! You just need to do what is best for you! You already seem do much happier in this apartment.

Honestly, I am so happy for you, that you are able to move back to the building that felt soo much like home in the past! ❤ I also expected it for a little while now, since the first time that you mentioned this appartment building again. I knew you would move back there somehow! Soo excited to see what you do with the space this time!!! I think the only moving tips I have from my recent move in July are: 1) trash bags around the hanging cloths and use the suitcases for heavier things like books instead, because this way you have it easier carrying them 2) Get enough people to help you move and plan with a little lunch break. We did both of those things when moving my best friend out of her appartment and it was soo much more relaxed then my own move!

Good luck, and congrats on the NCLEX. The moving tip: pack some of your clothes in your luggage, get free boxes from grocery stores, and use socks as fillers for breakable items. label boxes put them in their respective rooms, and unpack the kitchen and bathrooms first.

I have moved many times and each one was across country. Use paper plates between breakable plates! They are they perfect size, cleaner than newspaper and much faster to pack!!

I’ve moved 5 times so far since moving out, it just happens when you’re young! It sounds like a good financial decision for you as well 😊 my best moving tip is putting clothes into IKEA bags! No more wasting box space on sweaters, and they’re easy to carry haha

Moving tips: Write everything you will need down in a notebook. Organize everything prior to moving like preferably a week before so it isn’t as overwhelming moving everything. Love your videos 🤗♥️

Moving tips: if you can pack everything in similar sized boxes or totes. Easy to stack and put on a dolly. Also if you can purge things fo that beforehand. I moved way too many times in my 20s but sometimes you have to do what's best for the bank account and go where you feel at home the most.
