You handled the delay like a champ! I studied abroad in France from January 2018-May 2018 and when I left to go to France there was a massive snowstorm on the East coast that delayed a crew member for the flight from London to Chicago so my flight from Chicago to London was delayed originally for 2 hours and then we sat at the gate for another 90 mins. I had a 4 hour layover at Heathrow before my connecting flight to Marseille and I ended up missing my connection because I landed in Heathrow 35 mins before my connecting flight was going to take off. I ended up being rebooked for a later flight so I then sat at Heathrow for 6 hours and I had to navigate getting from the airport in Marseille to my dorm on the complete opposite side of Marseille at like 10:30 pm French time after having been up for like 24 hours and not speaking French. Have so much fun in Spain, Kiara!

I travelled from L.A. to Toronto last week and we got delayed for a few hours too and my friends were freaking out about the idea of missing our connecting flight (which we did btw). So I think it's super nice that you were so collected (even if you had a reeaaaaally long trip) bc we can't really do anything about it... Traveling internationally is no joke! I had the same thing happen to me on my way back from Barcelona where my connection was missed from Barcelona to Toronto (end goal LAX) bc of delays, so i got rebooked too and had to stay in Toronto for a night bc my flight wasn’t until the next day! Can’t wait to see the rest of your spain videos!!

Got a few, but I’ll never forget the first time my brothers and I traveled alone we got delayed about four hours before we could head to Switzerland 😬 Never had to get on five flights though, three is my limit.
