I was in El Puerto de Santa Maria, for two weeks,(Hace muchos años), the same reason,, studying spanish and hade Dance Classes (4h Spanish + 2h Sevillanas per day) I loved it and will do it again,, soon I hope :)

Glad to find someone who discovered Cadiz.. I was in Uni in London back in the ‘70’s when in agony from constant rain and chill I suddenly went to Cadiz.. fell in love with it.. returned to do a freelance photo assignment I somehow arranged. Found a professor leading students in researching Roman ruins. You really captured the true delight of Cadiz.. really presented the feeling.. sounds, your impressions were such that I felt it deep. Must say you have a wonderful style.. music moves it all along.. your video reveals the inner glow of the city.. honestly I could see you doing this as your life’s work. Editing is on point!! Oh.. you would love learning Tango in Argentina.. I was there during the Falklands War.. at night would visit Tango clubs.. wow.. so full of emotion and beauty. Keep up the beautiful work.. 😎

I did a week exchange in Cadiz last year and it was incredible! I did the same surfing lesson at the same beach aha! Hope you're having/had a great time! And I struggled so much with adjusting to the meal times! I was constantly hungry 😂❤

Hi! My whole family is from Cadiz. Cadiz is a small city in the south of Spain, it is so so close to Morocco by ship. The city is kind of poor but it has a rich history and really beautiful constructions! It is so nice to be there. The air just smells different

I'm actually from Spain and Cadiz is not poor. There is a big gap between the rich and the poor (the rich are really rich and the poor really poor) and then a few middle class people.

Omg ! I just got my entire life watching your video. I did the same program at UCA back in 2013 and I miss it all the time. I almost shed a thug tear when you literally walked past my host's door (around Plaza de Catherdral) . Even some of the stuff you brought up made me think of soo many memories (Going home for lunch, the helado place in Plaza De Cathedral, and my classes that were right off the beach.) I don't know if you're still there but I wonder if Aki Te Quiero and those other strip of nightclubs are there. I always try to explain to my friends that in Cadiz; the ppl don't go out to the clubs until 1-1:30am . I hope you had a good time and just like someone else said take it all in because I wish they had abroad-work programs for adults lol .

Hi Kiara! The Parador hotels are all over Spain. They were part of a public plan to boost tourism in all parts of the country. Normally they are found in old castles and palaces, so they’re really cool. Love from Spain ❤️ P.s. I hope you tried the “croquetas de jamón”, they are the best food in Spain!😍
