Holly shit your the frist person that i seen talking about ettiene retirement of the rhythm game community, he was one of the most important person of the community and no one even tokaku that made several videos with him din't talk about he was gone of the community. When I joined mania community in 2020 (never even got to see jhlee in action rip), jakads was number one by about 2k pp. He was so popular through memes and all and everyone thought he was untouchable. Dressurf put on the grind real hard and achieved the number one spot in the world. Mad respect for that dedication, and cool to see jakads being supportive of the achievement as well. This is the kinda stuff you want to see in the mania community all the time

Jakads casually APd the hardest song in project sekai that *requires* 4 fingers to beat. And he did it in less than 12 hours after it released. 4 fingers might not sound like much but pjsk isn't like mania. Usually, you play with 2 fingers that you constantly move around on the screen. Although dressurf's achievements are insane, we have to consider that Jakads almost quit osumania (said in live stream) and he is playing arcade rhythms currently. Main opinion of communities is "Jakads can get #1 by farming pp maps that he never farmed like Tiefsee, but he never gonna farm these since he quit osu." + btw in new proposed pp system of mania, Jakads is #1 again (Jakads -304pp, dressurf -482pp)
