Doug, when blasting, use glass bead for aluminum. Black oxide will tear up aluminum. Walnut shells work good on thin sheet metal, light rust removal and paint removal without heating the metal up.

Just watched an episode from 2011, the one with the iPad in the bagged dodge. Holy shit, you guys are taking saws to everything. At one point you told one of your guys where to put a speaker in an old suburban “it can go anywhere just not here” so where does he put it.........the one spot you told him not too. Shit was hilarious. Then you guys took the air saw to the dodge dash and hacked the shit out of that while someone else was taking the air saw to the suburban doors, I couldn’t stop laughing 🤣🤣 Dammit Rafa just score that abs and break it, much nicer edge. They leak dust like crazy because you need to have it vented. A dust collector is separate and goes into the hole on the left there or u need to put a fillter on it cuz u are taking compressed air and blasting it in the cabinet! The air has to go somewhere!

Yup. I didn't have a shop vac hooked up to mine originally. Made a huge difference once I added one. I also modded mine to get rid of the crap siphon feed setup; feeds from the very bottom. Works much better now.

Keith Anderson shop vacs suck.....but not enough. That's why I said a dust collector sold separately for just that purpose and that blasting cabinet. It will suck the gloves off the mounts they are on and the media right out of it if u have it turned up! But it removes all the dust and junk like paint that gets removed off the parts and keeps the glass beads or sand like new so it actually saves u money in the long run! Shop vac is ok but doesn't quite suck enough. "Insert Rafa mom joke here"

Caulk gun has a tip cutter on it, uses a knife to cut the tube open...

mtrebman that's because the tip cutters on cheap caulking guns will usually pinch the tip as they cut it. So using a sharp knife you can get a clean angled cut for applying it.
