@@cbx_parallel9809 believe me I do understand the kicking game when it leads to gaining ground and or pinning your opponent back but simply kicking it and getting it kicked back and kicking it and getting it kicked back is frankly pointless not to say bloody boring.

@@si5883 its about putting the recipient kicker under pressure. Not only being able to find space but also forcing mistakes on the opposite team. For instance in the video McKenzie ends up kicking straight out to touch after the pressure was put on by Le Roux, which gained possession for the sharks... its not just playing ping pong with the ball. its more like chess.

@@cbx_parallel9809 I honestly get all that you say but I still think it's not great rugby to watch and I'm pleased that we don't resort to it quite so much in the north as we have in the past. Still say it's boring and was killing the game for us. Fans just don't get excited about it everyone just goes "oh no not this again "and have been known to boo the team's for too much of it.
