Kicking out the Calves, Again - #23 30in30 2023

As a subscriber that has stayed at Mike's airbnb, I can say you won't be disappointed. It is a clean and comfortable home with lots of room. Many cool things to look at and read about. This place will always be on my list of places to stay when available when I travel to that part of the country. This Canadian sure loved being able to stay across the street from the main ranch and just take in the sights and sounds while sitting outside on a beautiful summer evening. The tours in the morning are fun as well, I encourage people to take it! Being next to the food lot is fun as well, you can take the time to have a chat with the A and B teams and say hey! It really is a cool place to stay! Thanks Mike and Erin for opening up a part of your homestead to us! Great job with the cute piggies too.

My wife and I had the privilege of spending a night at the RV Park last June and had a great time. Jeff met us and directed us to our spot and we spent some time talking with him. The next day we took the tour with Mike, Grace and Jeff and then visited the Farm Store. I highly recommend a stay at the ranch if you have the opportunity. My wife got to bottle feed Marty. What a great experience. We hope to return this year for another visit.

What a good time to get all that manure spread out on the fields, Mike You got some moisture from the snow and with some tractor work you’re yield in the hay fields will excel. Super AB&B Carrie has done a wonderful job. Noticed the fence is still a work in progress and a hazard. See you still have not cleaned the cow sheds out as you said you would in many videos. Maybe you don’t like getting your hands dirty Mike. Can Carrie drive a tractor??

Hi Mike We love watching your show, always something to learn about the farm and animals. My husband and I took a trip last July through South Dakota and Wyoming, wish we had known at the time about your camping facilities then. We are from Canada and travelled through Wyoming on our way home. We loved it out there, was so beautiful and very friendly people along the way. Our winters here are not as bad as yours, especially this past winter it was quite mild compared to previous years.

Our family had Time Life books ( cowboys, Indians )and they created a fictitious roundup by having you reach for cowboy hat, boots or even a gun belt, LOL. These books also brought out one of my favorite western novelist ever, Louis L'Amour, impeccable taste for accuracy. Kari, I like how you take your time with the animals, voice is very calming and does make a difference in animals responding👍 Sorry you guys are still in stocking hats today!!!

Piggies r so Cute. My Dad allowed me to have one as a Pet, and he was very clean. Knew how to go outside to do his Business and Honk to come back in. One of the Best pets I ever had. Also they r very clean. Luv to see All the Baby Calves on the Ground. Great job u Guys. Fabulous! I look after horses. Montana cowboys initially trained me here in Arizona but Wyoming was always my favorite state. Now I'm very much into beautiful cattle, black angus mama's and calves. I was raised from.being a little girl in the UK. Black Angus are very popular in Scotland. I was never really interested in them till I started watching your vlog. One day I'd love to have some Black Angus and a few Highland cattle too. Thank you for sharing your day and giving me inspiration to enjoy farm life. In love your Air B and B farmhouse. Those little pigs walked so well into the chute ! I enjoyed the tour of my the air bnb. Just one question for the game room . Do you need a roll of quarters or is it free play ?. I always liked growing my own tomato's, and then enjoying yummy tomato sandwich's. But I tell you, after that first year, for some reason they lost their taste. We tried moving the plants to a different part of the yard, and we tried "'corn meal' but nothing helped. So now I buy from our in town veggie cart, and neighbors. But even then.
