I have the same setup, but you can use FORSCAN to make the led strips and the markers come on for DRL's or whatever combo you want so you can leave your knob at auto.

Great video! I actually installed the Amazon switchbacks on my F150 this past weekend, I used the nineo II for my high beam and I used Hikari’s for my low beams so far so good and they are extremely bright!

I had the Anzo Projector Headlights with Switchback installed over the weekend and the 1st thing I noticed was there was no Switchback function that turns to amber, so I'm going back to that shop so they can fix this problem, why they didn't install the Switchback function correctly (splicing the turn signal lights) is beyond me, I was really PISSED OFF!

Man that sucks! Yea definitely take it back. It’s not to hard to do. I never done any kind of wiring and was able to do mine. Also double check that you bought the set with switchback option. I know amazon sales both the non switchback and switch back option so make sure you picked the correct one.

Its always best to just install them yourself to avoid headaches and scams man! It’ll probably take you a few hours but hey, its better than fighting and having other damage ur lights 😝 🍻

Did you try to adjust the headlights to see if it fixed the problem? If you did, most likely just the position of the bulb. I had a similar problem with a weird dim pattern with my HIDs, turned out to be the bulb position. Also, how did they pass regulations with those indicators??

I haven’t gone back yet but been told that its possibly the position of the bulb by Anzo and others as well. Hoping I have the same success you did by adjusting the bulb. Lol, good question! Because it’s definitely hard to see the turn signals in direct light. I’m only guessing that’s why they left the standard small turn blinker on there as well.

@@KickinItWithQ I have Anzo switchbacks, same bulbs. I just rotated my bulbs 180 degrees (fat part or top of the bulb toward the bottom now) to see if night time was better. I was very disappointed at night. But my last vehicle had HID's. I am retrofitting my own as we speak, so the Anzos are temporary.

Great video brother, I have a High Country and I'm experiencing the same issue as you are having, my passenger light is brighter then my drivers side light. I switched blubs and same results so I guess it's the projector and not the blubs. BTW, I'm using the Fahren blubs, H1 and H7. Good looking truck. My son that just got back from Afghanistan (USMC) bought a beautiful 2017 King Ranch with only 34,000 miles from another vet that purchased a Raptor. God Bless !

Did the nineo h-7 1:1 last any longer when you had your Anzos? Or didn’t it matter what builds?..I ordered 3 different types. One of them is the one you have in your description,,and other one is one that comes with like the ballast and all the rest of that stuff. Not sure which one I’ll be using. Can’t wait to get home and install those baby’s! 😊😊

I'm having an issue with my anzo, I've noticed a lot of minor flickering.. I exchanged my LEDs out with f150leds lights, running XHP70 CREE MK5 LED head lights

Hey man! The Anzo uses an H7 bulbs so not sure if the H11 will fit.

Sup man! Just came across your channel. Fairly new F-150 owner here, so I've just been looking up vids like crazy. One channel I came across was Headlight Revolution, they test out headlights for ALL sorts of vehicles, cars, trucks, etc. Anyways, they test out different types of bulbs to tell you what is best. And they just don't show you "oh look at how bright these are!" vids, they make sure that the bulbs are projecting/focusing their light properly and not just a bright ass ball blinding on coming drivers. IDK, you may find some luck there as to which bulbs might be best for them Anzos. As for your Amber lights for turn signals/emergency lights, yeah that's 100% Anzo's fault.

That's a good video. But these Ford headlights are taking the fun out of it with all the mix and matching combinations. The OEM lights themselves are not good. QUESTION: Am I correct in the conclusion however you do it with whatever brand, the best is a Projector and a HID combo? Or if not still a Projector housing is going to be necessary for bright light that is controlled?

From what I hear from others who run the Anzo headlights, HIDs work much better than leds. I haven’t tested HIDs but the LEDS I have definitely are lacking. They appear bright to the naked eye but they don’t put much light on the road. Precitae you watching !

Thanks for the informative video! Have you considered putting switchback LEDs for the turn signals ?? I think it will look nice, to stay white to match the White strips and then when you use your turn signal, it switched to amber. Also did you get any Hyper flash when installing the LED bulbs for the high and low beams?

Anthony Catania I’ve tried. According to some of the viewers you aren’t supposed to rotate the bulb, it’s supposed to go straight in and be held down with the clamps. I haven’t tried again since getting this info.

The bulb was put in incorrectly. So you have to make sure is aligned properly. on the box it should tell you whether the bulb should be horizontal or vertical

I was about to buy between those and the Morimotos xb led headlights. No disrespect but the output of those headlights are just trash, as your experiencing. Their not made for led or hid bulbs that’s why your having that issue. Those headlights come with a halogen projector and that means it’s made for?....... yup you guessed it a halogen bulb. They can be salvaged though! You can salvage them by retrofitting a Hid projector inside and removing the halogen projector. It’s been done. Check out lightwerkz KZbin and Instagram. I’m getting a set built by them right now.

Q Program is completely free, you just have to buy a obd2 adapter and sign up for the program But there are so many things you can program with it Just search forscan for 2015 f150 and you’ll hit the motherload

Yep that’s about right, may sure you get the switchbacks. I’m no mechanic either. The wiring isn’t hard man just make sure you clamp those clips down. They give you everything you need

Wrong. Nothing to do with that at all. If the bulb is lined up right ( this is his problem) and the housings are aimed properly, he wont "blind" oncoming traffic.
