Really nice to see a UK based RC racing channel that’s just clean, clear and concise info with no frills or BS. Another slick vid boys, well done. 👌🏼

Thanks for the really good explanation here. I have been playing with caster after watching this. I am surprised with how notable the difference is. This is now a really powerful tuning option in my toolbox.

i thought the hub inserts only changed axle height. how does changing the inserts/axle height effect the castor?

Any different considerations for 4wd cars?

Any recommendations on caster angle and different front tyres as I know 30 degrees makes Low Profile Cut Staggers work but when I try Proline Prism 2wd CR3 or J Concepts 2wd Fuzz Bites Pink it seems to want a different setup.

Sometimes less caster works better with a more aggressive front tyre, 25 or 27.5 total might be worth a try👍

@@hallbrothersrc3308 I certainly will if they ever become available again in the UK!

Im a little confused. Im running a b6.3 chassis with +3 bellcranks , bulkhead at 25. To achieve 30 would I use +2.5 insert?
@Jesse-hd5hs6 ай бұрын
I believe associated has 25 built into the 6.3 chassis. The bulk head has 2.5 plus/minus. And the pills on the hubs give you the additional plus/minus. So using +2.5 for the bulk head will give you the 27.5. There is a +- 5 bulkhead
