Just Hua Cheng in this episode, every single line, especially about being “wounded” Xie Lian would think he’d go to a brothel, how dangerous it is that Xie Lian keeps the door always open for him, and calling his ashes, his very life, a trinket he thought Xie Lian would like… These lines and his voice were just playing on repeat for 24 hours after I watched the episode making me smile. ☺☺☺ I loved your reactions to Hua Cheng, especially when you said does this not scream queer!? I was rolling with laughter!! 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 And I absolutely love the armory scene, loved how it essentially paralleled Beauty and the Beast, only unlike Beast, Hua Cheng already knew Xie Lian for years.
